1. May I have my own brand logo on your watches?
Of course, generally for most of our products you are able to customize on the watch dial, buckle, and case back. Our company has over 13 years of experience in ODM & OEM, we would love to support you in making the right product you need.
2. Do you provide a sample watch and how much does it cost?
Yes, for re-sell purposes, you may request a model you like and contact our sales assistant who will calculate the relevant costs involved for you. For customized watches, you may also communicate with our sales assistants to confirm the design; the production time is around 7-15 days. The cost includes a molding fee while the sample fee will be refunded if you have placed an order with us.
3. What is your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?
For RTS (Ready to Ship) products, we offer MOQ of 1 piece including personal customization. For stainless-steel watches, the typical MOQ is 500 pieces, but the quantity may vary according to product.
4. What's the delivery time?
For MCE or MISS TIME branded watches in stock, the delivery can be arranged in 3~5 days after the order is confirmed and payment is done.For OEM orders, the delivery time depends on which model you have ordered. Generally, the lead time is around 30~90 days due to your detailed request.
5. How about the quality of your product?
